About the Games We Host

We hold the intellectual property rights to many of the games on Pokii Games, and for others we've sought and obtained licenses from the copyright holders we could identify. We don't modify the source code of any game we host — credits, brand names, and references to other websites remain exactly as provided by the developer.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Pokii Games in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice that includes:

• The electronic or physical signature of the owner of the intellectual property right, or the person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• A description of the copyrighted work or other IP right that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site — the specific URL is best, but any information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it will do.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send your notice to help.pokiigames@gmail.com. We review every notice and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the reported material as quickly as we reasonably can.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material you posted or that identifies you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
