We hold the intellectual property rights (IPR) to many of the games on Pokii Games, and for others we've sought and obtained licenses from the copyright holders we could identify. For some games, no copyright information was available to us, or it's no longer traceable due to how widely the content circulates online.

Some games may be used under specific conditions tied to a set of prerequisite constraints. As far as we've been able to determine, those constraints are met for the games hosted here.

We don't modify the source code of any game we host — credits, brand names, and references to other websites remain exactly as provided. If you believe your copyright or other IP rights are being infringed on Pokii Games, please tell us right away and include the following:

• The electronic or physical signature of the owner of the IP right, or the person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• A description of the IP right that has been infringed, and a description of the infringing activity.
• The location where the unauthorized copy exists — for example, the URL on Pokii Games where it's posted, or an equivalent reference for other kinds of IP.
• A copy of a license granting you the right to use and protect that IP, if you are not the owner.
• The specific URL or location on this site where the material you're flagging is located — specific enough for us to find it.
• Your name and full contact details.
• A statement that you have a sincere, good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
