By accessing or using Pokii Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the Site.

Pokii Games is a free, browser-based platform hosting HTML5 casual and arcade games — including puzzle, racing, action, and merge games, among others. No download, installation, or account/login is required to play. We may add, remove, or modify games and features on the Site at any time, without notice.

When using Pokii Games, you agree not to:

• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through automated traffic, denial-of-service attempts, or excessive requests;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise systematically extract content, game data, or code from the Site without our prior written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any embedded game or Site functionality, except where applicable law expressly permits it;

4. Intellectual Property

The Site itself — including its design, branding, layout, and original content — is owned by Pokii Games. Many of the games hosted on the Site are created by, licensed from, or sourced from third-party developers and studios; where known, these are credited on our Developers page. We don't modify the source code of games we host — credits, brand names, and references within a game remain as provided by its developer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We don't guarantee that any game will be free of bugs, downtime, or compatibility issues with your device or browser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokii Games and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may contain links to third-party websites or content that we don't own or control. We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or advertisers, and including a link or ad doesn't imply our endorsement. You access any third-party site or offer at your own risk.
