Animal Saga is a portrait mahjong-connect puzzle — tap two matching animals and clear them if a path with at most two turns can join the pair.
A full 8×10 board fills with animal tiles. Each match scores 2. Later boards add more species and gravity: tiles can drop down, up, left, right, or mix directions after each clear.
You start with five Hints and five Shuffles. Clear a board for a +1 bonus. Progress and best score save in your browser.
How to play Animal Saga
Tap one animal tile, then tap the same animal somewhere else. They clear only if a path with at most two turns can join them through empty space — including around the edge of the board.
Each pair scores 2. After a clear, later boards pull remaining tiles with gravity (down, then up, then sideways, then mixed). Fill the board again with more animal types as you go.
Hint highlights a legal pair. Shuffle rearranges remaining tiles when you are stuck. Clear a whole board for a +1 Hint or Shuffle bonus, then tap Next.
